MIT Asia Real Estate Initiative is a new research platform connecting MIT Center for Real Estate with sustainable development, urban dynamics, and tech innovation across Asian cities. Two worlds in one identity: the trustworthy feel of an academic research initiative and the polish of high-end real estate. Dark green tones, flared typography, and dot-matrix maps & icons: elegant and lo-fi at the same time, somewhere between data visualization and decorative art.
